Gordon Ramsay, multi-Michelin star chef with the hot temper and foul mouth, helps struggling restaurants turn their business around.

Recently, he worked with a great young French chef in Scotland whose food was amazing, but incredibly complicated in flavors and pronunciation.  Locals couldn't read the menu, and each dish had 15+ ingredients.

Gordons advice - let the produce speak for itself.  Just a few quality ingredients per dish - keep it simple.

Today, before a customer call, ask yourself "have I made what I want to talk about as simple as I can?"

Aim to deliver short, sharp and incredibly simple benefits of doing business with you - important to and easily understood by the customer.

(But don't swear at them!)
